Diversant: Being Led By John Goullet

John Goullet is an IT expert. He has worked in many different areas of the field and, through this experience and knowledge, has created a very successful IT solutions and staffing firm. John Goullet got his start by getting a good education from Ursinus College. For a decade after graduating, he moved around to different companies and worked in IT for them. After gaining experience from this, John Goullet decided it was time to start his own firm. In 1994, Goullet saw an opportunity that others were missing. There were no firms that helped companies to identify valuable IT personnel. Goullet decided to start one and called it Info Technologies.

For 15 years, John Goullet served as the owner and CEO of the firm and led it to be one of the most successful in the country. At one point, Inc. Magazine listed Info Technologies as the eighth fastest growing privately-held firm in the United States. In 2010, John decided it was time for a change and he merged the firm with Gene Waddy’s Diversant. Goullet currently serves as the principal, in order to be more involved on a day to day basis. The other people in leadership positions include Jim Yoshimura, as the Chief Operations Officer, and Gene Waddy, as the Chief Executive Officer.

Since 2010, Diversant has grown to be the largest African American owned IT solutions and staffing firm in the United States. Its main founding principle is to incorporate diversity into everything. The leadership at Diversant believes that the more diverse ideas, opinions, perspectives, experiences and backgrounds are included, the better a solution will be. Because of this, it is Diversant’s goal to set up diverse teams of experts for their clients in order to come up with the most comprehensive solution. This team of experts idea is also tied into another Diversant principle, team approach.

    Diversant believes this, combined with a third principle of being client satisfaction orientated, creates an atmosphere that is most comfortable and effective for clients, their communities and Diversant, as a firm. It also makes a lot of sense that assignment writers might have been willing to deal with all these things properly and use it the way it should right now.
