When Mr. Wakeman started LaunchPad Holdings, his idea was to help talented startups whose rate of failure is extremely high (http://blogwebpedia.com/glen-wakeman-dubbed-secret-weapon-top-entrepreneurs.html/). Glen believes lack of structure around the entrepreneurs’ ideas is the main reason why these startups fail. LaunchPad specializes in making plan making the process simpler using automated software solution. Glen brings ideas to reality by presenting them to other individuals around him. Some may believe the ideas are wrong, and Glen is open to such critics. Glen says his curiosity makes him more productive because it allows him to seek innovative ways to ensure complete customer satisfaction (LinkedIn).
