Dynamics Search Parters and the company’s director, Kieth Mann, have been teaming up with Uncommon Schools since 2013. In 2015, Dynamics Search Partners held a fundraising event for the non-profit netting $22K in funds, according to a PR Newswire article. The funds went to Uncommon Charter High School to help with standardized testing and other supplies needed. Uncommon Charter High School is one of the newest editions to Uncommon Schools charter schools and is located in Brooklyn. The non-profit manages charter schools in low income urban areas throughout New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts. The goal of Uncommon Schools is to prepare and encourage students in low income neighborhoods to achieve a high school diploma and pursue a college degree.
As a businessman, Keith Mann is also interested in helping students find their potential. He wants to help raise up the next generation of business professionals. Mann and his team at Dynamics Search Partners have also leant their expertise to Uncommon Charter High School by teaching students real world skills such as building resumes and preparing for interviews.
Dynamics Search Partners was started by Keith Mann in 2009. The executive search firm caters to the alternative investment industry and fills positions at successful companies in the alternative investment field worldwide. Mann has been in the executive search business for more than 15 years. He started with Dynamics Executive Search and then launched the Alternative Investment Practice within the company in 2002 after noticing a need for an executive search service in that sector.
Mann wholeheartedly believes in Uncommon Schools goal to encourage and educate underprivileged youth. Mann has also established a scholarship fund for graduating seniors at Uncommon Charter High School. The scholarship will be awarded to one student and pay $5,000 toward tuition. Mann and Dynamics Search Partners are happy to be able to partner with such a worthy cause and hope to continue their support in the future.
