Tammy Mazzocco worked as a secretary for the Edwards Realty Company, a commercial real estate firm. The company had nine commercial agents. Mike Zelnik, a dynamic commercial realtor provided transformative leadership to the corporation. For seven years, she served in a condominium management at Scotland Yard. Tammy worked for T&R Properties as a multi-site property manager for an office warehouse complex and two apartment complexes. Ken Cook, a broker and owner of Cook Realty, mentored Tammy. She learnt different skills and acquired extensive knowledge in property management. Tammy became a licensed real estate agent following Ken’s advice.
In 1998, Mazzocco became a licensed personal assistant at the Victorian Village area of Columbus where she worked for Joe Armeni, a top RE/MAX producer. By working with Joe, Tammy was exposed to the day-to-day life of a high profile real estate agent and developer. Joe influenced her decision to pursue real estate as a full-time career. Mazzocco joined Judy & Gang Associates based in Ohio in 2000 where she she developed a close relationship with Judy Gang, who inspired and mentored her. Tammy engages buyers in Licking, Delaware, Franklin and Fairfield counties in Central Ohio to sell them different high-end residential properties. She continues to use her broad experience to provide clients with advice and properties that suit their tastes and preferences.
