Return & Refund

At “Things of Wood”, we take pride in the quality of our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we have crafted the following refund policy:

1. Return Policy

We gladly accept returns, but any postage charges incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the client. Return is allowed only if the product delivered got broke while delivering. Otherwise the products cannot be returned.

Return charges of shipping will be paid by the customer.

2. Refund Window

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a product you purchased from “Things of Wood” with a valid reason. If your reason is valid only then we will refund the amount to you within 7 days after we get the product back to us. Once the product/products of your order are sent back to us, we will ASAP start the process of refund. You don’t need to worry at all.

3. Conditions for Returns

– The item must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, and undamaged.
– Proof of purchase is required for all returns, typically in the form of an order confirmation or invoice.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a certain number of business days for the refund amount to show in your account.
